ORDER REQUIREMENTS

ORDER PROCEDURE
1. Orders processing is from Mondays thru Fridays, 8:00am thru cut off time of 3:00pm (Manila Time). Orders placed after cut off shall be processed the next business day.
2. You may be asked to provide additional information or requirement for verification purposes before we accept the order.
3. Please take note that there are cases wherein an order cannot be processed for several reasons, such as, restrictions on the maximum number of units that a single customer can purchase. The site has the right to refuse or cancel any order for any of these reasons.

5. Products in this site are normally available for consolidation within 24hrs after the order has been accepted. If an order will not be available within 24hrs, or is out of stock, or if under order basis, the customer will be notified thru telephone or email as to when the product will be available.
